They needed a brand presence that felt immediately compassionate, clear, and steady for every kind of visitor: those seeking help, those looking to give, and those wanting to understand the mission more deeply.
Our work focused on refreshing the brand’s messaging and tone so that from the very first interaction, people would feel welcomed, empowered, and strengthened.
