River City Myofunctional Therapy is a private practice rooted in healing. Founded by Chrisney, a seasoned speech-language pathologist with a personal story that led her to specialize in orofacial myofunctional therapy (OMT), the brand needed to capture more than just a clinical offering. It needed to reflect care, clarity, and transformation.

Crate was brought in to build River City’s identity from the ground up—visually, verbally, and emotionally.

The Problem

Chrisney had the credentials, the experience, and the heart—but no brand to hold it. Her work was deeply personal, and she wanted to reach both adults seeking pain relief and parents navigating their child’s health journey.
